Dale consults on civil litigation and conflict of laws, government regulations, financing, operations and tax matters concerning individual and business contracts and property rights, tax, finance. He has extensive Court and Jury Trial experience as well as Appeals to state and federal courts. He has rendered opinions as the chair of nearly 300 Department of Professional Licensing panels. He is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator and has served as a Judge Pro Tem in California and Utah for over ten years. Dale ha sset up and advised 70+ Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Not for Profit Companies.
He has served on State Bar Committees, chairing three of those committees. He has been a featured speaker at the State’s Spring, Summer and Fall Forum meetings. Dale served the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee as its Ethics Officer.
He’s also served on the Granite Community Council; University of Utah Medical School Institutional Review Board and as an Oxbow Jail Inmate Transition Specialist.

In his spare time Dale skis, scuba dives and travels the world with his wife Pat.
