Noam Amir-Brownstein


Practice Emphasis:

Noam has been an attorney at VF’s Portland office since 2014 focusing on the following areas of law in both Oregon and Nevada:

* Condominium and homeowner’s association representation
* General civil litigation
* Business transactions
* Collections
* Land Use
* General business counseling
* Mergers and acquisitions

VF Team Role:

Noam works out of the Portland office primarily doing work for condominium and homeowner associations as well as construction defect litigation and other areas of litigation involving homeowners associations.

Professional Experience:

Noam began his legal career as a law clerk at VF, representing homeowners associations and assisting with construction defect litigation. He also spent time as an intern for the legal department at Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands where he worked in the fields of sports marketing, commercial law, brand protection, and employment law. Upon graduating from Lewis and Clark Law School, with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Noam joined VF as an associate representing clients in many different areas of law ranging from general representation of HOAs and Condos to business transactions, and general civil litigation.

Community Involvement:

Noam is on the Associate’s Committee for the Campaign for Equal Justice and has been volunteering with CEJ since he was a law student.
In 2018, Noam was awarded the Associate Award from the Campaign. Noam also attends various community service events with the Young Lawyer’s Society and Multnomah Bar Association.

Noam enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and golf in his spare time. He was born and raised in Portland and is an avid Trail Blazers, Baltimore Ravens, and Runnin’ Rebels fan. He enjoys traveling the world to visit historical sites as well as exploring the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
