Professional Experience:

Travis B. Keenan has been representing and advising community associations since 2009. His experience has delivered valuable knowledge in areas such as collection, interpreting and amending governing documents, enforcement of security interests in real property, and covenant enforcement. From March of 2011 through May of 2016, Travis owned and operated his own law firm focusing primarily on representation of community associations. In addition, Travis has written articles for the Community Association Institute’s Common Interests magazine and has presented an advanced program on ethics in real estate law for the National Business Institute.
