Please join VF Attorney Brittaney Bones as she discusses eirector’s election procedures for the Board of Directors.  Her discussion will cover  voting, ballot, and other requirements. She will also discuss the procedures to be followed when a vacancy needs to be filled, or if a director is sought to be removed from the Board while incorporating the requirements of the Homeowners Association Act.
