Join us September 19th as we partner with the City of Chandler’s Neighborhood College program to bring you the seminar: Health Check-up: Is Your HOA Healthy?, and Conflicts of Interest. This session will cover law and governing documents, directors, officers and committees, board meetings, financials/insurance, resolutions, compliance, enforcement and collections, as well as the importance of having a clear understanding of what constitutes a conflict of interest; the problems they can create, how your association and board of directors should address and avoid them, and a question and answer session.
