Join VF-Law Attorney Marcus Martinez as he discusses the “Things I Wish I Knew Before My First Board Meeting” for New Mexico HOA and Condo Associations. This seminar will be a refresher course on preparing, holding, and closing out regular Board Meetings in your community associations. The goal is to help develop a framework for Community Managers and Board Members to have more efficient meetings and propose solutions to common issues that arise during a Board Meeting.
