We’ve got you covered, so you can work hard and play hard! VF pays 100% of each employee’s medical and dental premiums as soon as they are eligible. We also pay 85% of dependent coverage after one year of employment. VF also offers a firm funded HSA account to be used in combination with our high deductible health plan.

In addition, VF offers the option for employees to elect supplemental coverage including term life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment coverage, short and long-term disability and accident insurance.
