The DJC has announced that VF Law Of Counsel Coni S. Rathbone has been honored with the 2024 Women of Vision Award by the DJC.
Rathbone’s submission highlighted her legal focus on real estate securities, opportunity zones, and real entity structuring. Coni joined VF Law to provide legal counsel to clients in Oregon and lead the firm’s new Boise office. In her first year alone, Rathbone attracted significant new business in the Treasure Island area, which borders both Oregon and Idaho. Much of that new business has centered on Qualified Opportunity Funds.
Always known as a rainmaker, Coni once originated six new clients in a single day. Providing excellent service to this many clients requires a great team, and Coni consistently selects several associates to mentor and train to deliver outstanding legal services.
Rathbone has mentored up-and-coming attorneys on complex real estate transactions, securities transactions, and corporate sales and acquisitions.
