A feature published in the Colorado Real Estate Journal’s “Who’s News” section spotlighted attorney Lee Freedman joining VF Law as of counsel in the firm’s Colorado office. Freedman has 30 years of legal experience in areas such as insurance recovery, construction defect litigation, community association law, and real estate and corporate transactions.
“VF Law is well-known for having a strong Community Association Law, Construction Defect and Litigation Practice Group,” said Freedman, a native of Colorado.
“Colorado represents one of our fastest-growing markets, and adding Lee to our bench of excellent attorneys deepens our capability to serve our clients in Colorado,” said VF Law Managing Partner T. Beau Ellis. “I am confident that our clients will greatly benefit from Lee’s background in community association law and litigation.”
In addition to being admitted to the California and Colorado Bars, Freedman is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is active in professional development with organizations such as the Community Association Institute (Colorado chapters) and the Colorado Legislative Action Committee, and he was appointed to the Colorado HOA Task Force.
