“I’m driven to succeed and achieve my clients’ goals. Whether it’s helping communities with deferred maintenance issues, drafting common sense rules and procedures, or assisting homeowner associations in civil litigation, I will persistently and earnestly advocate for their best interests.”

Christina’s determination drives her work with clients as a complex civil litigation attorney and partner at the firm. She is passionate about representing homeowner associations (HOA) in various areas, including general counsel, complicated enforcement matters, construction defects, collections, and bankruptcy. Her most significant professional accomplishment comes from a comprehensive legal strategy to address an HOA’s deferred maintenance and secure funds to avoid a Surfside-like catastrophe. Christina’s determination also led to another HOA keeping its planned community status intact after attaining unanimous agreement among 490 residents.

Christina embraces the motto, “You are not expected to know everything, but you need to know when to ask questions.” She collaborates with her clients to ensure she finds all the answers to their matters promptly and situates them for a successful outcome. She implores her clients to embrace this mentality and use experts when making decisions that significantly affect their communities. She helps her clients understand their roles, responsibilities, and the impact they have on their community and property values.

Inspired by her father, a career criminal defense attorney, she joined him in law classes at age nine, where her love of law began. Upon graduating from law school, her father and legal professors jokingly remarked that it took her two decades to attain her law degree. A proud moment for her, Christina was sworn into the legal profession on her father’s motion. Outside the office, Christina is an avid traveler, enjoys hiking, plays soccer, and participates in amateur auto racing events with her husband.
