“I get great satisfaction from helping homeowners enforce their legal rights to protect their investments when construction defect issues arise. And I’m very proud of the fact that many of my homeowner clients refer me to their families, friends, and neighbors so that I may help them as well.”

Integrity, meticulousness, and determination are core pillars of Darrien’s methodology when representing homeowners, associations, and commercial real estate holders in construction litigation. Darrien’s legal career spans 25 years, with 20 years of experience dedicated almost exclusively to helping homeowners protect the value of their homes. Darrien’s efforts in construction defect litigation have been instrumental in recovering tens of millions of dollars for hundreds of clients. Recently, Darrien secured a major victory for homeowner rights before the Arizona Supreme Court in the matter of Zambrano v. M&RC II, LLC, et al.

Darrien’s thorough understanding of construction litigation has helped shape Arizona law regarding issues with faulty construction in homes and multi-family communities. Darrien occasionally instructs for the Arizona State Bar and other Continuing Legal Education providers. He is a current board member of the Construction Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.

When he is out of the office, Darrien enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and working out.
