With more than two decades of experience, Greg’s legal approach prioritizes collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. As a Partner at the firm, Greg describes his services as a one-stop-shop providing a wide range of legal services. He advises community associations by providing general counsel, assessment collections services, and governing document amendments, as well as handling general litigation, construction defect litigation, declaratory and injunctive lawsuits, creditors’ rights litigation, land use, commercial leases, management agreements, and general business matters in all of the states where he is licensed to practice.
Greg’s passion for law and affability enables him to connect and develop meaningful relationships with his clients. This extends to providing education concerning community association law at Community Association Institute conferences, Lorman conferences, and firm events. His passion also includes legislative work, where he serves on legislative action committees in Oregon and Washington and is frequently invited to testify for or against legislation concerning community associations.
Personal and professional development are crucial pillars of Greg’s leadership style; he strives to make each employee feel included and important. His conscientiousness concerning team building fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and close-knit environment that encourages employee professional development. This helps create a culture of ingenuity with better work routines that align with personal, professional, and organizational goals.
Outside of the office, Greg enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, hiking, biking, traveling, forestry, and woodworking. He is family oriented and loves spending time with his wife and three children.
