Lee works on VF Law’s Community Association and Construction Defect Practice Groups, providing clients with comprehensive and effective counsel to his clients by anticipating problems before they arise. Lee brings nearly 30 years of experience in community association law, insurance recovery, real estate litigation, and corporate transactions to the forefront of his practice. Lee fuses a unique combination of litigation of community association disputes and complex transactional and general counsel representation for communities with unique issues. 

Prior to joining VF Law, he was a founding partner of WF Legal and practiced in boutique law firms in California and Colorado, specializing in community association law, alternative medicine law, and other corporate litigation, employment, and transactional matters. He is active in professional development with organizations such as the Community Association Institute (Colorado Chapters) and the Colorado Legislative Action Committee and was appointed to the Colorado HOA Task Force.  

Lee is a former three-time Colorado High School state gymnastics champion, a letterman from CU as a Ralphie Runner, and an alumnus of the Alpha Epsilon Pi and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternities. Lee recently retired as a men’s gymnastics coach and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, a senior at the University of Colorado.
