For decades, Michael has worked to strengthen client relationships by his commitment to collaboration and a thorough understanding of the client’s legal needs. Prior to enrolling in law school, Michael spent eight years in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry. This experience has provided him with unique insights into complex commercial transactions. He primarily focuses on business and corporate law, entity formation, commercial real estate, probate and trust administration and estate planning.
Michael’s experience across the legal landscape is extensive and wide-ranging—and his own colleagues frequently seek out his advice.
Michael has also volunteered his time as Commissioner of the Clackamas County Circuit Court Arbitration Committee, as a Budget Committee member of the Clackamas County Community College and as a past President of the Canby Area Chamber of Commerce.
