Patricia Clements

Patricia is an estate planning attorney who assists clients with probate or trust administration matters, revocable living trusts, estate tax reduction strategies, wills, powers of attorney, and medical directives. She also assists clients with establishing corporations, partnerships, and LLCs, contracts, leases, and succession plans. Patricia brings a diverse background to her role, having previously worked in probate, and trust administration. Her commitment to simplifying the estate planning process and guiding clients through the complexities of the estate administration process has been a hallmark of her career. Before joining VF Law, she was a partner at a prestigious Portland civil litigation and real estate firm and spent 11 years running her own estate planning and business services firm, serving clients across Oregon.

Patricia earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she participated in the Small Business Legal Clinic, helping local small business owners with various business needs. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Oregon University. She is an active member of the Oregon and Washington Bars and serves as the events coordinator for the SW Portland Chapter of Business Network International. She is dedicated to community service, having volunteered with the St. Andrews Legal Clinic, which provides legal aid to low-income individuals, as well as with the Oregon Humane Society. She continues to volunteer with Hands on Greater Portland, serving a variety of local nonprofits.

Patricia’s personal time is spent with her son doing a variety of activities, such as visiting the zoo and OMSI or patronizing the local farmer’s markets. Patricia also enjoys organizing women’s groups such as her women’s golf club and dinner club.
