Attorney Tim Feth has represented community associations in nearly all aspects of general counsel and litigation, including governing document interpretation and amendment, covenant and rule enforcement, special assessment advice and documentation, insurance loss and uninsured expense allocation issues, contract review, fair housing matters, and construction defect litigation.
