A news item published in the December issue of the Oregon State Bar Bulletin’s “Bar People” section featured VF Law’s new attorney, Patricia Clements, as of counsel in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Clements joins the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group, where she focuses on living trusts, wills, general estate planning, asset protection, probates, trust administrations, and fundamental business needs.
“I am honored to join a prestigious firm such as VF Law, where the client’s needs and wishes are highly valued,” said Clements. “Working with the trust and estate planning team, we are increasing our firm’s profile across the Northwest region and beyond.”
Clements works with clients on the inheritance process, including providing assistance in drafting wills and living trusts as well as minimizing tax obligations. Clements, who graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, is a member of both the Oregon and Washington Bars.
“As our estate planning work continues to increase, we are expanding our footprint to accommodate those services,” said VF Law Managing Partner T. Beau Ellis. “Patricia’s many years of helping families make the right decisions about their assets and their future makes her an ideal addition to VF Law’s estate planning services team.”
