SEATTLE, WA., September 03, 2024 – VF Law, a comprehensive law firm based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is delighted to announce the addition of attorney Alexis (Ali) Ducich to its newest office in Seattle, Washington. Ducich, alongside the firm’s other Washington-based attorneys, will specialize in community association creditors rights, under the leadership of VF Law Managing Partner T. Beau Ellis.
Ducich’s legal background includes prior roles as a partner and head of the community association creditors’ rights practice at a prominent Pacific Northwest firm. Along with her creditors’ rights experience, Ducich brings extensive experience in assisting associations with the drafting and enforcement of governing documents.
“As our footprint in Washington state continues to expand, we are committed to bringing in the best legal professionals from across the Pacific Northwest,” said Ellis. “Alexis has proven expertise in managing a wide range of litigation related to community associations; we are eager to grow our Seattle office with her on board.”
Ducich earned her undergraduate degree in English and Sociology from the University of Washington. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. Ducich is an active member of the Washington State Community Associations Institute (WSCAI).
