A news mention published in Attorney at Law Magazine’s “Talk of the Town” section highlighted VF Law’s new attorney, Lee H. Freedman, as of counsel in the firm’s Colorado office. Freedman has three decades of experience in community association law, insurance recovery, real estate law, construction litigation law, construction effect law, and corporate transactions. Prior to joining VF Law, Lee was a founding partner at WF Legal and has practiced in California and Colorado, specializing in various legal areas, including alternative medicine law and corporate litigation.
“VF Law is well-known for having a strong Community Association Law, Construction Defect and Litigation Practice Group,” said Freedman. “I am honored and excited to be a part of the firm’s esteemed team and work on innovative client solutions.”
Freedman, a native of Colorado, earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, and a BS from the University of Colorado. Freedman is admitted to the California and Colorado Bars, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is active in professional development with the Community Association Institute (Colorado Chapters) and the Colorado Legislative Action Committee and was appointed to the Colorado HOA Task Force.
“Colorado represents one of our fastest-growing markets, and adding Lee to our bench of excellent attorneys deepens our capability to serve our clients in Colorado,” said VF Law Managing Partner T. Beau Ellis. “I am confident that our clients will greatly benefit from Lee’s background in community association law and litigation.”
