In an article published 10/17 in Attorney at Law Magazine, it was announced that VF Law hired Trust and Estates Attorney Patricia Clements as Of Counsel in the firm’s Oregon headquarters. As part of the firm’s Estate Planning Services Practice Group, Clements works directly under Managing Partner T. Beau Ellis.

Clements focuses on shepherding clients through the inheritance process while limiting tax obligations, including work on living trusts, wills, general estate planning, asset protection, probates, and trust administrations. Her previous experience entails serving as a partner at a top Portland business and real estate firm, and she also owned and operated her own estate planning firm for 11 years. Clements earned her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western Oregon University. She is a member of the Oregon and Washington Bars.
