An article published in Cascade Business News “Who’s Who” feature announced that attorneys Michael McNichols and Victor Ramirez have been hired to work at VF Law’s offices in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
“These capable attorneys are a key part of our plans to continue our steady growth in the area, providing more resources for our clients,” said T. Beau Ellis, Managing Partner at VF Law.
Ramirez, who is fluent in Spanish and a member of the Oregon Bar, focuses on VF Law’s HOA practice, which includes such work as insurance defense, collections, and covenant enforcement. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University and his J.D. at Lewis & Clark Law School.
“My goal is to deliver the top-caliber level of service to our clients for which VF is renowned,” Ramirez said. “I look forward to fostering quality relationships within the firm, with our clients and strengthening our ties to the community.”
McNichols focuses on estate and trust issues as well as real estate matters. McNichols earned both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Tulane University and his J.D. at Willamette University College of Law. He is admitted to both the Oregon and Washington Bars.
