Real Estate Veteran Coni S. Rathbone Joins VF Law as Of Counsel, Published in Attorney at Law Magazine

In an article published 9/1 in Attorney at Law Magazine, it was announced that Coni S. Rathbone has joined VF Law’s Business and Real Estate Practice Groups as Of Counsel. In this new role, Rathbone will work with clients in the firm’s Portland and Boise offices.

“Rathbone’s proficiency revolves around adeptly representing property owners and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, orchestrating tenant-in-common (TIC) resolutions, navigating opportunity zones, creating securities offerings to finance development, mergers and acquisitions, and facilitating general business transactions,” the article noted.
