Rathbone joins VF Law as of counsel in two practice groups, Published in DJC

In an article published in DJC Oregon, it was announced that VF Law has hired Coni S. Rathbone in its Business and Real Estate Practice Groups as Of Counsel. In this new role, Rathbone will divide her time between VF’s Idaho and Oregon offices, applying her expertise in representing property owners and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, orchestrating tenant-in-common (TIC) resolutions, navigating opportunity zones, creating securities offerings to finance development, mergers and acquisitions, and facilitating general business transactions.
