Advocating for her client’s rights is at the core of Brittaney’s legal practice, one she proactively approaches through legislative action, drafting and amending association administrative documents, assessment collection, and covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&R) enforcement litigation. She fights to ensure that regulations and laws are fair and equitable and passionately pursues legislative changes. Brittaney is known to break down complex situations into digestible information to ensure compliance with state and federal mandates, laws, and statutes.
People are at the foundation of Brittaney’s practice, and she takes great pride in interacting with clients to understand their issues, recognize unforeseen problems, and identify solutions that benefit them. She develops a sustainable, holistic, and comprehensive understanding of her clients while establishing a long-term relationship to provide effective counsel on legal matters. Brittaney is a regular speaker at industry events and a member of the Idaho CAI Legislative Action Committee, where she helps inform lawmakers about needed legislative change. She participates in frequent educational events informing homeowners of their rights concerning land ownership and association law.
Brittaney is an Idaho native who enjoys nature and being outdoors, particularly fishing, skiing, camping, and hiking. Brittaney spent time in Portland, Oregon, and enjoys all aspects of the Pacific Northwest. When she is not enjoying Idaho’s outdoors, you can find her at VF’s office in Meridian, Idaho.
