Advocating for her client’s rights is at the core of Brittaney’s legal practice, one she proactively approaches through legislative action, drafting and amending association administrative documents, assessment collection, and covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&R) enforcement litigation. She fights to ensure that regulations and laws are fair and equitable and passionately pursues legislative changes. Brittaney is known to break down complex situations into digestible information to ensure compliance with state and federal mandates, laws, and statutes.
