Collections & Foreclosure, Land Use, Landlord/Tenant Law, Real Estate
“I advise my clients on the intricacies of community
association law to avoid litigation issues and mitigate risk while saving costs.
Understanding and complying with governing documents, laws, and statutes is crucial
to successful operations of planned communites.”
Advocating for her client’s rights is at the core of Brittaney’s legal
practice, one she proactively approaches through legislative action, drafting
and amending association administrative documents, assessment collection, and covenants,
conditions, and restrictions (CC&R) enforcement litigation. She fights to
ensure that regulations and laws are fair and equitable and passionately
pursues legislative changes. Brittaney is known to break down complex situations
into digestible information to ensure compliance with state and federal
mandates, laws, and statutes.
People are at the foundation of Brittaney’s practice, and
she takes great pride in interacting with clients to understand their issues,
recognize unforeseen problems, and identify solutions that benefit them. She
develops a sustainable, holistic, and comprehensive understanding of her
clients while establishing a long-term relationship to provide effective counsel
on legal matters. Brittaney is a regular speaker at industry events and a
member of the Idaho CAI
Legislative Action Committee, where she helps inform lawmakers about needed
legislative change. She participates in frequent educational events informing
homeowners of their rights concerning land ownership and association law.
Brittaney is an Idaho native who enjoys nature
and being outdoors, particularly fishing, skiing, camping, and hiking. Brittaney
spent time in Portland, Oregon, and enjoys all aspects of the Pacific
Northwest. When she is not enjoying Idaho’s outdoors, you can find her at VF’s
