Areas of Focus:
Jessica Chandler is an associate attorney who supports VF Law clients with real estate and land use matters. She works alongside VF Law attorneys to help businesses and individuals navigate complex regulatory requirements and approval processes, with a focus on practical strategies to give clients clarity and keep projects and disputes moving forward efficiently.
Before joining the firm, Jessica gained a range of legal experience in land use and related areas of law through internship roles, most recently at the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA). She has a sharp legal mindset from her years as a legal assistant and paralegal prior to commencement of law school.
Jessica’s academic background includes a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where she also earned certificates in Environmental Law, Justice, and Sustainability and in Law and Government. She also served as a writer and an editor for Willamette Law Online (LUBA service). Before law school, Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Oregon State University and her Associate of Art in Psychology from Central Oregon Community College, and earned a paralegal certificate from the Center for Legal Studies.
