Kate resolves heated homeowner disputes, delinquencies, and covenant violations. As general counsel, she advises HOAs on legal matters pertaining to meetings, elections, governing documents, contracts, and general real estate matters. She is dedicated to providing value to her clients and being up-to-date on the latest developments in HOA legislation. Kate has a track record of success in court by being laser-focused on developing winning strategies for clients. Prior to joining the firm, Kate worked as a title attorney in the oil and gas industry. She also represented clients in the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate.
While in law school at the University of Colorado, Kate gained trial experience as a law clerk for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming and as a student attorney in the school’s civil law clinic
In her spare time, Kate enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her family’s and friend’s animals.
