Real Estate, Business, Probate, Transactions and Disputes
“Advocating for my clients and helping them reach their desired outcome is my top priority. Delving into the case and going over each detail ensures that each issue is addressed and a strategic plan is put in place to achieve my client’s goals.”
Confidence, determination, and dedication make up Beau’s approach to his legal practice. These traits fuel his success as a real estate and business attorney, representing clients concerning real estate and business sale agreements, commercial leases, entity formation, general counsel, transactions and disputes, administration of trust and probate estate, land use, and condemnation matters. Beau’s proactive and assertive approach has helped resolve various complex cases for his client’s benefit.
With each case, he fully dedicates himself to connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and determining the best course of action. He does not believe in cookie-cutter solutions for cases, each issue is unique, and Beau’s adaptive and responsive nature allows him to seamlessly adjust to the demands, no matter how complex the situation.
Outside of the office, Beau enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also likes spending time outdoors and fishing. He serves as a director on the Oregon Property Owners Association Legal Center board and is on the Advisory Committee for the Western Resources Legal Center, an educational non-profit associated with the Lewis & Clark Law School. He is passionate about giving back to the community and preparing future lawyers for success. Beau has been recognized by Super Lawyers as an Oregon Rising Star in 2019, 2018, and 2014.
