An article published on 9/11 in the “Bar People” section of the Oregon State Bar Bulletin announces Bianca’s addition to the team as an associate after passing the Oregon Bar examination. Her work will focus on estate planning, trust administration and probate, and creditor’s rights.
Having previously served as a law clerk at the firm; Schmitt has already shown a strong grasp of complex financial matters and a strategic approach essential to effective client advocacy. Her skill in drafting trial briefs and other legal documents ensures a smooth transition into this new role.
