In an article published on September 17 in Attorney at Law Magazine, VF Law announces that attorney Laura Hall has joined its Washington office to support Pacific Northwest clients with commercial real estate, business, development, and financing matters.
Hall has extensive experience representing corporate and private clients throughout the region in mid-market asset and equity acquisitions, commercial purchase and sale agreements, and real estate development matters. She also served as principal for a real estate portfolio and development-management company, where she directed multistate real estate acquisitions, permitting, development, and financing for residential and mixed-use assets.
