An article published in the April issue of the Oregon State Bar Bulletin highlighted VF Law’s hiring of Victor Ramirez and Michael McNichols in the magazine’s “Bar People” section.
“We are pleased to welcome Michael and Victor to our Lake Oswego office,” said T. Beau Ellis, Managing Partner at VF Law. “These capable attorneys are a key part of our plans to continue our steady growth in the area, providing more resources for our clients.”
McNichols handles real estate and trust and estate matters. He earned his law degree at Willamette University College of Law and is admitted to practice in both Washington and Oregon.

Ramirez, a member of the Oregon Bar, focuses on HOA practice, encompassing collections, covenant enforcement, and insurance defense. Ramirez, who is fluent in Spanish, earned his juris doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School.
“I look forward to fostering quality relationships within the firm, with our clients and strengthening our ties to the community,” Ramirez said. “My goal is to deliver the top-caliber level of service to our clients for which VF is renowned.”
