Throughout her career, she has served in many senior leadership roles, including the Colorado Department of Human Services, the Division of Motor Vehicles, and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). She received her law degree from Arizona State University and a certification in ProSci Change Management, both of which have equipped her with the skills necessary to help community associations thrive through clear and fair governance.
